The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged in resalable condition in original packaging with original tags attached within 14 days of the date you received your order for a refund or exchange.
Do I pay for returns/exchange postage?
Yes. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Aziz Fashions
How to return/exchange
Please email email@example.com to request a return or exchange providing your reason why. Alternatively EXCHANGES ONLY can be made for free in store. Returns must be sent via post.
Please note exchanges can only be made in different sizes or colours of the same item(s).
Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of email when requesting an exchange in store

How long will my refund/exchange take?
Once we receive your order it will be thoroughly inspected to see if a refund/exchange can be approved. If approved, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund/exchange to be processed. All refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment excluding delivery charges.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning item(s) via post as we cannot accept liability for any item(s) that we don’t receive.
Damaged items or received wrong order
When receiving your order you will also receive an approval card inside stating each item has been THOROUGHLY INSPECTED for any faults or damage and has been approved for dispatch ensuring our quality guarantee.
If by the off chance we send the wrong order, Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘wrong order.’ Please include your name and order number in the the email.
