RETURNS POLICY. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged in resalable condition in original packaging with original tags attached within 14 days of the date you received your order for a refund or exchange. Each item returned will be charged a restocking fee of £10.
Do I pay for returns/exchange postage?
Yes. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Aziz Fashions

How long will my refund take?
Once we receive your order it will be thoroughly inspected to see if a refund can be approved. If approved, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment excluding delivery charges.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning item(s) via post as we cannot accept liability for any item(s) that we don’t receive.
Damaged items or received wrong order
If by the off chance we send the wrong order or a damaged item, Please contact our customer service team at azizfashionltd@gmail.com with the subject ‘wrong order’/‘damaged item.’ Please include your name and order number in the email.
